A Michigan May- Living in paradise!

To be in Michigan in May...ahh!- nature's bounty at its finest. Besides living in this perfect micro- ecosystem for a Salmo trutta ground zero wonderland, with its rivers and streams of impeccable design and fertility, there's so much going on around us right now- not a fish post but everything surrounding it!
Our entire Michigan Great Lakes ecology reminds me of Poland's'/Northern Europe's Baltic coast wetlands and forests- identical in every way except for the brine. Next time on the water, stop and 'smell the roses'--so much to appreciate we take for granted- ( btw, the sulphers and - and of course the magnificent gray drakes are on!! )
