ANOTHER WAVE OF STEELHEAD COMING...HATCHES JUST READY TO POP!

YUP...another wave coming...these ghosts are almost transparent and are chomping down on caddis pupae, mayfly nymphs and the stray steel eggs and sucker spawn..my clients from today, Mike Karples... bigger soft hackles are the trick to' matching the hatch'...fresh fish in the darker water behind  the dark straggling males and suckers...great time to swing for droppies!...lots of nice trout chomping on the endless buffet!
(This quill soft hackle does the trick for trout and fresh steels...simple...Gadwall feather palmered with black thread, two strands of lateral scale or krystal flas, Ice Dub Peacock thorax, Hung. Partridge )
