Another excellent day with Rob Mitchell and his dad Tony from Chicago.Each hit some very bright steelhead.Tony only fished out in Montana and this was his first fly rod caught steelhead.Rob hit his two biggest steelhead ever and was elated. Water clarity is perfect for the big bite.Fish are starting to look at more cerise colored motifs.A little late on that color scheme which is usually February.Shows how late things are running BUT ,all the better for April and May.Here is Tony's first steelhead....congrats!
