THEM AIN'T NO COLORADO RAINBOWS!

Carl Sandman,a sophmore at Colorado State Univ. and his dad Steve caught a bunch of Colorado Rainbows-but-never caught a Michigan Steelhead.Their steelhead dreams came true today with their first fly rod caught steelhead and some big chrome and nicely colored up hens to boot!

Water is perefect-a nice stain to bring on the "big grab bit"-the fish were not shy to say the least.water still at 4390 cfs and more stain which favors big flies and heavy strikes.Congrats guys on your awesome fish and I'm sure there will be many more.

Happy to start seeing the bigger fish moving in and healthy looking!
