Good push of fresh chrome steel...Browns hunting salmon fry

Had an epic weekend with some great clients...chrome steel, red bucks and some nice brownies hunting newly hatched salmon fry. Stone fly hatch is starting and sputtering as they keep letting more cold water out- but water is very, very clear.

With the up and down weather we are back in a normal cold spring Michigan, so expect steelhead to enter all the way to Memorial day like normal on the massive water system of the Muskegon.

After this weekend , we are finally seeing the big chrome hens showing up. As I predicted, slow fall means "hot fishing" spring...nothing has changed.

NOTE: Had a scheduling change for next week- mid -week, so still have a few good April dates with me as your guide
